I have 17+ years experience in massage therapy.Trained in many modalities such as CranioSacral Therapy, Neuromuscular Techniques, Reflexology, Energy work, Pregnancy Massage to name a few. I believe the body knows what it needs to do to heal itself, it just need a little help sometimes. There is a time to go to the doctor for treatment, there is a time for chiropractic care and there is a time for therapeutic massage. 

Massage works on the soft tissue like muscles and fascia. With physical and/or emotional stress, certain areas of the body become restricted. Massage increases the flow of oxygen back to that tissue which helps heal. 

My hope is that I can help people feel better. People ask me if I miss nursing...I usually respond with no I can help people and make my own hours. I have been very blessed with having my business close to home and "my people" are so awesome! I really do appreciate everyone's business. Thank you.
