With this treatment you get the benefits of the circulatory massage with deep work on tension areas. We integrate Trigger Point Therapy, Myofascial Release, and Facilitated Stretching to remove lactic acid and fascial obstructions from the soft tissue. * This treatment is only for those who have had previous massage experience, as this is not a relaxation massage.

Cranial Sacral } This technique is based on the observation of the rhythm between the cranial bones and sacrum. It is an excellent modality for headaches, migraines, insomnia, and balancing the nervous system. This gentle, non invasive treatment helps release emotional and physical blockages, allowing the cranial bones and sacrum to move into ease, returning them to their harmonious rhythm of movement.

Comfort Touch } This is a style of massage that gives special consideration to the emotional and physical needs of the elderly and chronically ill. Its primary intention is to provide comfort through techniques that promote deep relaxation and relief from pain. This nurturing form of acupressure offers the benefits of touch to those whom conventional massage may cause discomfort or even injury. This treatment can be conducted with the client fully clothed.

Reflexology } In traditional Chinese Medicine it is thought that blockages in energy cause illness and dis-ease. By stimulating some of the more than 7,000 nerve endings in the foot, and working with the meridians of the body, we can unblock these subtle energy patterns. This application of pressure, stretch, and movement to the feet also effects corresponding parts of the body, increasing the flow of Qi (universal energy) to specific areas, and ultimately bringing the entire body back into equilibrium.
